Vera’s Gift: The Healing Hands Behind Royal York Spa’s Most Powerful Sculpting Experience
If you’ve ever had a massage that felt like a spiritual awakening, you’ve likely already met Vera. Clients often say, “It feels like God moves through her hands.” And they mean it. Vera’s touch is not just therapeutic—it’s transformative.
Today, we’re proud to spotlight her journey and explain why Vera is becoming one of the most in-demand estheticians and facial sculpting specialists in Toronto.
A Personal Story of Strength, Healing, and Faith
Vera’s story begins in Kyiv, Ukraine, where she worked as a nurse and medical aesthetician, treating high-profile clients—celebrities, politicians’ wives, and beauty insiders. But after a life-altering car accident that dislocated her hip and altered her facial structure, doctors told her she might never walk or look the same again.
But Vera had other plans.
Her passion for beauty, fashion, and self-healing became the fuel for her transformation. She refused injections, choosing instead to develop a deeply studied, multi-layered approach to daily facial gymnastics, posture correction, and internal wellness.
Today, Vera is not only fully healed—she is glowing.
The Vera Method: Face Sculpting, Eye Opening & Deep Release
Vera has created her own method—The Vera Method—soon to be launched as an educational course at Royal York Spa. Her approach is not content-based like many social media bloggers. It is real, learned, lived, and proven.
Her technique combines:
Myofascial release
Lifting facial massage
Eye-opening gymnastics
Lymphatic drainage
Osteopathy-inspired techniques for the face and body
And specialized cocktail treatments (Health Canada approved)
She also uses precision tools to activate the muscles around the eyes, between the brows, along the neck and lymph system, and wherever the body stores hidden emotional tension.
Yes, even a stiff toe can show up in your face—and Vera will find it.
Faith, Family & Purpose
Vera practices gratitude through prayer and finds her strength in God. As the wife of a priest, she carries both spiritual grounding and divine compassion into every treatment.
She is:
Loved deeply by her family
Guided by service
Driven by care
Clients feel safe with her—seen, heard, and loved through the skin.
Vera’s Style: Beauty Beyond the Treatment Room
When she’s not sculpting faces or teaching others, Vera finds joy in the everyday. She loves discovering hidden treasures at Winners, where her natural sense of fashion and elegance shines through.
She believes in beauty as a lifestyle—not luxury. And it shows in everything she does.
The Vera Method: Coming Soon
We’re honored to announce that Vera’s sculpting course—designed for estheticians, bodyworkers, and facial professionals—will soon be open for registration.
You’ll learn:
How to lift and open the face without machines
How to release trauma from the body through facial touch
How to connect beauty with real spiritual healing
This is not another online face yoga trend. This is soulwork through the skin, guided by someone who’s healed herself—and now teaches others to rise.
A Note from Ateachka
As the founder of Royal York Spa and a global beauty blogger myself, I meet many practitioners. But Vera is rare.
She doesn’t just change your face—she reconnects you to yourself. She reminds you that your skin reflects your soul, and that healing is possible—without shortcuts.
It is my mission as a leader to raise those around me, and Vera’s journey continues to inspire our entire team—and our clients—to heal, glow, and believe again.
